She's been setting digital trends since the era of the Blackberry - if you know, you know.

Kelsey's career boasts collaborations with renowned brands such as Groupon, Top Chef's Marcus Samuelsson, Eataly, Mountain Dew, and many more, spanning the luxury lifestyle, hospitality, and travel sectors. Her attention to detail is unmatched, ensuring every project she undertakes is executed with precision and finesse. Her dedication and innovative spirit have not gone unnoticed; she proudly holds a PRWeek Award for Social Media Campaign of the Year, a testament to her creative prowess.

Kelsey’s biggest accomplishment to date is definitely #momlife. She’s has two kiddos plus an “active” Goldendoodle. You’ll catch her taking a boutique fitness class, popping by Starbs to grab a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and relaxing to a new true crime pod while side hustling as a mini-human chauffeur.

Content Creator extraordinaire! As a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a degree in Advertising, Liv brings a fresh and innovative perspective to the table. Born and raised in the era of TikTok, she’s been creating content since her high school Youtube vlogging days (we’ll find them one day!). With a knack for content creation, graphic design, and video production, Liv's skills are as diverse as they are impressive.

This Gen-Z powerhouse is your go-to for all things cutting-edge and creative. As a former Small Batch intern, she's no stranger to the industry, and we couldn't be happier that she’s made this her home. Whether it's crafting captivating Reels, staying ahead of the latest trends, or lending her unique perspective to our projects, Liv is an invaluable asset to our team.

Our favorite stylist & social media maven!  Nicole is our seasoned Account Manager blending analytical prowess with a touch of unbridled creativity. Armed with a robust consulting background, she thrives on telling your unique story by strategically and visually bringing your brand to life.

No stranger to chaos, with experience spanning several industries, Nicole’s sweet spot is blending strategy with a keen eye for aesthetics. A natural born storyteller, she’s fixated on creating captivating, delightful and scroll-stopping narratives. The trend forward, ever changing social media landscape appeals to her innate desire to stay on point and relevant, both in her life and her work. 

Beyond her laptop, she is busy keeping pace with three kids and managing a hectic household! A confessed shopaholic, and sucker for a great IG ad, she often finds inspiration in the world of fashion, a passion cultivated during her days as a stylist. When not curating captivating content or dissecting KPIs, she's likely racking up sessions on Peloton or satiating her wanderlust through travel adventures!
